Isaac Lewis (Left) was a circuit riding preacher for 40 years serving many Wayne County Churches. He was ordained at the Peach Tree Fork Church in 1895. Was also a blacksmith, wagon, and coffin maker.
Aspeph Bacon (right) was married to Neoma Brooks, sister of Isaac Brooks. He was a lieutenant in the Union Army during the CivilWar. He taught at Cherry Grove School one year and was also a farmer and carpenter.
